A photograph is a frozen moment in time,

never to be replayed.

Once missed never to be given the opportunity to see again.

Photographs stir forgotten memories,

that come flooding back.

To take our thoughts to a time fondly remembered,

to relive those great triumphs,

to feel the love once shared,

to be in the company of those dearly missed.

Photographs are the window to our past,

seen through the windows to our souls.

A photographer has the ability to lift our souls, to transport our mind through the images that he captures.

A great honour and privilege, and the reason why I am a photographer.
