No hidden charges
Newly refurbished 200 square feet studio, ideal for commercial and portrait photography (groups up to 20 people). Used as a professional studio, and now available on hourly or daily rates to professionals, semi- pros and amateurs.Studio comes equipped with lighting equipment, and a selection of backdrops. Digital Camera equipment is also available at an additional charge (see below). Post-shoot services also available including, image colour correction, prepare to print, and printing services also available on request rates approx £50 per hour. Quotations given prior to commencement. Please note ; There may be a charge for Excessive use and damage of backdrop papers, Cleaning charge if Studio has been left dirty and not "As found" Tea and Coffee catering for Day Shoots is included if you are nice to us

The booked time needs to include sufficient time to both set up and clear away back to the "As Found" condition of the studio. Whilst the studio does not clock watch to the minute we reserve the right to charge extra time in excessive cases.
Cancelled bookings
Cancelled bookings are charged according to the schedule below. Cancelled bookings cost us revenue as we are denied the chance to resell the space to others at short notice. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule whatever the reason for the cancellation.
2 days and less notice charged at 100% of the booked time
Between 4 days and 2 days notice charged at 50% of the booked time
Between 7 days and 4 days notice charged at 25% of the booked time
More than 7 days notice will incur no cancellation time
Please be careful when booking Models that they are reliable
Damage and breakages in the studio
Damaged caused directly by the Hirer to equipment or the building, such as dropping or pulling over a Flash head, will be chargeable at the full repair rate on the day of the hire. General equipment failures such as Flash tubes or electronics failing will not be charged.
Smoking policy
The Studio operates a strictly NO SMOKING policy. It is a condition of our building insurance that smoking is prohibited, and therefore Models and Photographers found smoking may be asked to leave. There are adequate Signs around the Studio and Clients are asked to inform all present about this policy. The Studio entrance is directly on to the main road where we would ask you to reframe from smoking directly in front of the studio.
Provisional booking to be confirmed later

We can accept a provisional booking but in order to be fair to all clients we must reserve the right to cancel a provisional booking if you are unable to confirm the booking immediately upon request.
